"Osmosi" is the second album by the electronic music composer Giuseppe Fallacara aka Glanko.
The album highlights the negative contradictions of the human mind and the disasters that they bring.
Aggressive and melancholic harmonies composed by analog synthesizers, drones, pads and guitars embrace classic rhythms of the genre (idm/glitch). Seasoned with a sound overall more saturated, punchy and kinematic, these 14 tracks are a new chapter in the Glanko’s sound path.
Cyberpunk ambient-electronica with lots of calming static and whirring percs that instills a sense of anxious anticipation and a sense of resolution. "Forest Lover" is that perfect example, of a non-human future, with only its history carved out by unthinking machines and datanodes of journal entries amidst the woods recovering from the last war. I'm thankful for this DL record as well as all of the others in the catalog. This whole project is pretty magickal IMO and with Phil dropping his body it's also exquisitely sad and it probably signals the end of DL as it was. As It Is. Nothing could be better than listening to this and reading some old old books. Thank you cEvin and company for making music that's ended up being a soundtrack to the most important parts of this lowly creatures life. Buy it!!!!!! John Kaskie
